Philippians 4:19
19 “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
It”s human nature to feel overwhelmed at times. Yes, feeling like there’s not enough time, no more money or just zero hope is quite normal indeed.
But God does not delight in the hopeless.
In fact, our divine Father is quite avid on providing all we need to complete the work He’s given us to do.
All we need, not necessarily all we want…
Like the popular song with the words “You can’t always get what you want,” so it is with God. He will meet our needs, not our wants.
As we continue our walk along the narrow path, we can find hope in God\’s promise to look after us, just as He provides for all living creatures.
Matthew 6:26
26 “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”
But how will God provide for us?
Our heavenly Father will meet our needs through our own hands, through hard work, dedication and perseverance.
Yes, to overcome the challenges God places in our lives, He’s trained and equipped us by giving each of us the ability to work and achieve something with our minds and bodies.
God will also surround us with people whom He appointed to help us along our walk. Just as we are called to help others, through sacrificial works, others are also blessed to be a blessing when they help us.
Lastly, God uses miracles to help us overcome adversity.
When we least expect it, God uses His supernatural power to align the stars in our lives, and make things happen in such a way there is no doubt His hands were at work for us.
The point is, God will provide no matter what. One way or another, through Him, we can find joy in all things.
With Christ, and when we focus on His promise, there should be no real need that’s not met…
Seek Him, and He will provide.

Father God;
We thank you for your presence in our lives,
We praise you Lord for the wisdom found through Paul,
And we ask you Lord to help us find joy in your perfect plan.
Allow us to praise and love each other through faith in you Jesus,
Shield us from evil through your Word, salvation and prayer,
Guide us to abide by the truth as we spread the good news to one and all,
And lead the lost to You.
God we pray that you will continue to bless us,
To bless our lives and fill us with hope.
We ask you Lord to guide our footsteps and lead us to the way everlasting,
Through faith in you Lord we seek salvation and our place with you in Heaven
According to your ways, your everlasting wisdom and strength.
May your will be done, here on Earth and through the vast Universe,
May our hearts be filled with your everlasting love and grace.
